eManageMax sends each of them one WhatsApp message from your own shop number. The message shows what was in their cart and gives them a link to come back and pay. Then it records who actually came back and bought. Works with WooCommerce and Shopify.
These numbers come from our own live system on 8 August 2026. They are small, and they are real. Ask us to show you any of them on screen.
You can already see all four of them. What is missing is somebody following up, and a record that proves the follow-up worked.
You can see the items. You can see the total. Nobody has ever messaged the customer who left them there.
Nobody can see the full picture. When a staff member leaves, all his customer chats leave with his phone.
It moves up the screen and is forgotten. By the time somebody checks, the customer has already bought elsewhere.
They will open WhatsApp. Any system that asks them to log in somewhere else is a system they will stop using.
One message only, not a series. And a written rule that decides which orders you actually pay us for.
Your website tells our system about the cart. The items, the total, and his phone number if he gave one.
It names him, lists the cart, shows the total, and carries a link that rebuilds the same cart and takes him to payment. One hour is the default. You set it per shop.
If he does not come back, we never message him about that cart again. This keeps you from becoming a nuisance and protects your WhatsApp number with Meta.
A cart counts as recovered only if we messaged him and an order from the same number arrives within 14 days with one of the same items. An order before our message is never charged.
Cart recovery is why most shops start with us. It is not why they stay.
Every message comes to one business number instead of three personal phones.
When a staff member resigns, the chats stay with your business. That is the whole reason for having a business number.
If a message comes from a number your system does not know, it is kept in a separate list with a label on it.
The system does not check this list for you. A person has to open it. What the system does is make sure something is still there when he does.
Broadcasts and follow-up messages run on templates that Meta has approved. The do-not-contact list is checked before every send.
Setup includes writing your first templates and sending them to Meta for approval. Meta decides how long that takes. Nothing can be sent before approval.
Your salesman gets the customer's name, what he asked for, and a link back into the system.
This is usually what decides whether your team really uses the system, or quietly stops after two months.
Tasks, attendance, leave and appointments, for the staff who will never open a dashboard.
Answer a few questions about your shop once. LaunchPad AI then writes drafts for you in your own style.
These are drafts. You approve every one before it goes anywhere. Nothing is posted automatically.
Meta publishes its own rate for India. Most WhatsApp tools buy messages at that rate and charge you more. We do not, because your shop sends from its own WhatsApp Business Account and Meta bills you directly. Enter what your current tool charges you and see the difference.
Meta's India rate for marketing messages, effective 1 July 2026, including 18% GST. Utility messages cost less and are charged separately.
This is money leaving your account every year for nothing you can point at. With eManageMax, Meta bills you directly for the same messages and we add nothing.
We do not name any competitor and we do not quote anyone else's price, because prices change and we would rather not be wrong about somebody else's business. Use the rate printed on your own bill. Compare it with Meta's, which is public and dated.
Two ways to start, and every price is dated. There is no basic and premium here. Everything on this page is included in both.
Right now we work out the recovery fee by hand, using the written rule above, and you can check every line of it yourself. We would rather tell you this now than have you find out later.

Send one message that is already written for you. We reply with a four-digit code. Enter it and the demo opens. There is no form, no card, and nothing to install, and the seat stays yours for twenty-four hours.
You are logged in as the owner of a small parts fabricator in Noida with eight people and one WhatsApp number. The day is frozen on a Monday morning, so the story holds still while you look. Twenty-six real screens. Click anything you like.
A quote the system drafted that the owner still approves by hand. A campaign that seventy-one of ninety-six people actually read. A visit booked with one word. A leave clash caught before approval. And three minutes spent on one catalogue page, which is a buying signal.
No sales call to book and nothing to install. You get a code on WhatsApp, and a real business is yours to explore for twenty-four hours.
